One of the most powerful ways to unite a divided nation in a common enemy.

However, this is a pretty difficult method for transpartisans to harness since (1) a common enemy that is dangerous enough to unite the nation might also be dangerous enough to destroy the nation; and (2) the unity is artificial, solving none of the underlying issues unless the temporary closeness accidentally creates beneficial discoveries.

That said, I believe I have found a way to harness the uniting power of a common enemy in a way that will do real, lasting good.

You see, there is one rather benign common enemy that everyone (apparently) loves to hate: the pentanomic theory of government.

: )

You see, I've been focusing on the "everyone has a piece of the puzzle" argument to promote pentanomics, but nobody seems to like that.

So maybe I should try the "all of you are ^#%&ing wrong" message.

I'm not serious of course, but it is kinda funny : )
